QSI Dental is working to not only get dentists’ heads thinking about the Cloud, but putting their practices into it. Demonstrations of the company’s QSIDental™ Web cloud-based solution are being held at their booth throughout the ADA’s 153rd Annual Session this week in San Francisco. “We are a experienced, proven vendor that for 33 years has successfully supported dental practices over the long haul,” said Kathleen Noll, Vice President Technical Marketing Implementations.

New and enhanced clinical functionality has recently been added to provide better treatment planning. Using the service, clinicians can gain easy entry for conditions ad treatments into graphical charts, view existing, planned and completed treatments, view history by tooth number or sections/regions of the mouth and more.

Dentists are being very receptive to the service because they are doing more and more Cloud-based activities in their personal lives and see the value it can provide to their practice, said Noll.

Described as Software as a Service (SaaS) anywhere, QSIDental Web can provide treatment planning, practice management, billing, scheduling from any location and with 24/7 support.

Using the cloud-based system, clinicians can reduce up front costs, lower total cost of ownership, get mobile access, gain greater data security. The company also provides training to use the cloud-based software. To learn more click here.

QSI Dental’s staff is comprised of 85% development and implementation and 15% sales and marketing, which is uncommon, according to Noll.
