The new VITA ZYRCOMAT 6000 MS sintering furnace is capable of sintering up to 25 units as well as 9-unit bridges in 80 minutes starting from room temperature. The furnace has been rigorously tested and proven to provide stress-free, natural air-cooling to 400º C for white and industrially pre-colored VITA YZ materials by using sophisticated electronics that lower the lift tray at a precise rate. Additional tests showed the quality and integrity of restorations sintered with the 80 minute cycle to be comparable to or exceed the density, bending strength, average grain size, simulated aging, fracture load and fit on the model of conventionally sintered restorations. Conventional firing processes are pre-programmed, and the furnace can handle high-temperature sintering for all dental framework materials. Controlled via the same VITA vPad labs with other New Generation VITA furnaces already have, the ZYRCOMAT 6000 MS has a very small footprint, and is offered at an economical price.
