When

The resin allows dental labs to print premium teeth for demanding indications, such as fixed implant protheses.

Why

Trusana Premium 3D Printing Resin is a next-generation photopolymer liquid formulated to fabricate premium denture teeth. Trusana is designed to be strong and deliver the optimal amount of translucency to mimic natural teeth. Its fracture toughness and wear resistance with minimal water uptake make it ideal for all premium denture indications.

*The How

Formulated by a world-class team of scientists and prosthodontists, Trusana Premium 3D Printing Resin features a unique chemistry. It results in ideal fracture toughness that is maintained in the presence of water while mirroring the beauty and translucency of a natural smile. Independent testing is said to confirm the resin has a 0.33% water uptake, and it features a flexural strength of 160 MPa when dry and 171 MPa after being stored in water for 10 days.
