Hu-Friedy's Implacare II implant scaling tips are 20% thinner than the original.
Twenty-percent thinner than the original, Implacare II implant scaling tips feature two new tip designs for a total of 5. The larger ½ Barnhart 5/6 universal curette designs join the universal Columbia $R/4L as well as the H6/7 and 204S sickle scalers. The scalers are made from PLASTEEL™, a high-grade, unfilled resin, said to cause the least amount of alteration to implant abutment surfaces during scaling. The tips are available in several kit and refill sets.
