Vatech America names Paul Blocchi VP of sales and marketing

Secaucus, N.J. – June 2, 2010 – Vatech America, Inc., the world’s leading supplier of dental digital radiography equipment, software, and service has announced today that it has named Paul Blocchi as Vice President of Sales & Marketing.  Blocchi comes from Planmeca, Inc.

Secaucus, N.J. – June 2, 2010 – Vatech America, Inc., the world’s leading supplier of dental digital radiography equipment, software, and service has announced today that it has named Paul Blocchi as Vice President of Sales & Marketing.  Blocchi comes from Planmeca, Inc. and brings over 18 years of valuable experience within the field of dentistry including tenure at Eastman Kodak Co.   He is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology - Saunders College of Business and is committed to elevating the Vatech brand in North America through a dedicated national dealer network.  Blocchi will oversee and manage a national sales force, Marketing and Customer Satisfaction Departments, and dealer network. 

Additionally, Pete Steinhausen has been promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer.  Previously Steinhausen held the position of Vice President within Vatech America, Inc.  With over 35 years of experience in the field of radiology, Steinhausen has worked with dental companies such as Sirona and Eastman Kodak Co.  Steinhausen will oversee and manage daily operations, lend strategic direction, and manage dealer relationships while looking for new business opportunities to drive growth.
