Each program parameter can be modified to address the specifications of dental zirconia, such as temperatures, delayed starts and ramp rates. The ZR furnace features Thermal Web Technology that enables the muffle to catch and reflect the infrared heat in a more diffused pattern for more even heating. The furnace uses Silicon Carbide heating rods in order to assure proper and complete zirconia sintering to ensure ideal results for a variety of indications.
