Michael S. Pagano, DDS

A diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine, Michael S. Pagano, DDS, and his business partner Alexander T. Vaughan, MS, DDS, founded Virginia Total Sleep in February 2019. In June 2019, they opened their first location in Glen Allen, Virginia. Dr Pagano is a faculty member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine Mastery Program. He was the first dentist in the Army to pass the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine Board Exam and continues to train active duty dentists as part of the Army’s Dental Sleep Medicine Mini Residency, and also continues to serve the country in the US Army Reserves as a general dentist.
