How one dentist improves his workflow by integrating DentiMax practice management software and DentiMax Dream Sensors.

DentiMax offers a complete practice management and imaging system both on the cloud or a client/server environment. Completely integrated with cutting-edge, digital X-ray sensors, DentiMax provides benefits that only a complete system can offer. But if you’re already using a practice management or digital sensor system, then DentiMax can make your partial system complete by allowing you to use just the component you need.

DentiMax practice management software is a state-of-the-art, clinical and financial software system that provides an all-in-one solution that will streamline the way you practice dentistry.

Designed for ease of integration, implementation and navigation, DentiMax practice management software eliminates the need for a third-party bridge between imaging and charting systems. From checking in a new patient to viewing X-rays while treatment planning, the software mirrors a practice’s actual workflow.

DentiMax imaging software is an open platform that integrates with virtually all imaging hardware and bridges with major practice management systems.

“The DentiMax sensor system I selected has an open platform that works well with most practice management programs and links nicely with my cordless intraoral camera,” says Kent W. Stapley, DMD.

DentiMax Dream Sensors

Offering the latest technology in digital radiography, the DentiMax Dream Sensors reduce exposure while providing crystal-clear images for clinical evaluation and diagnosis. Built with rounded corners and beveled edges for patient comfort, it’s the thinnest CMOS intraoral sensor on the market and readily slips between the teeth and tongue for easy placement.

High-quality images are delivered in high-resolution directly via a USB port. The “plug and play” simplicity of the USB connection offers efficiency with a minimal number of clicks and setup required. The X-rays can be viewed in as little as three seconds.

“Sensors are more sensitive than film and require less exposure and radiation,” Dr. Stapley says. “The resulting images are clear with very good contrast and sharpness for diagnosis.”

With Kevlar®-reinforced cables and a waterproof, tightly sealed housing with corners that absorb shock, these sensors are extremely durable.

“Even with repeated use, I have not seen a drop in the quality of the images,” Dr. Stapley says.

Charting

DentiMax practice management software is unique in its ability to completely integrate clinical charting with the patient ledger and scheduler as well as other areas of the program.

“The charting screen is very intuitive. By simply clicking on a tooth during treatment, the system updates the procedure throughout the entire process. The ability to make quick changes reduces both the length of the procedure and chair time for the patient,” Dr. Stapley says.

With its completely paperless functionality, the front office staff can benefit from integrated patient texting, appointment reminders and e-prescribing capabilities. Additionally, the charting interface provides quick access to patient data from any location.

DentiMax practice management software is comprehensive, powerful and easy to learn.

“This system is so intuitive that new staff can learn quickly without the help of a trainer. There is a shorter learning curve, which saves time and money and allows us to focus more on patient care,” Dr. Stapley says.
