Billed as “the ultimate CE event,” the 2013 Ultradent Summit is a continuing education event that takes place on October 18th and 19th at Ultradent’s South Jordan campus in Utah.

The summit will feature experts covering esthetics and technological advances in dentistry, a hands-on practicum in composite veneers and endodontics, plus a course examining bond strengths and techniques.

The event begins with a seminar from Dr. Dan Fischer, President and CEO of Ultradent Products, Inc., who will present “Lessons of the Downturn, Positioning for the Future,” after which participants tour Ultradent’s high-tech facility that reportedly utilizes more robotics than any other Western U.S. company outside of the automobile industry. Additionally, Ultradent director of research and development Neil Jessop will offer a seminar titled “The Relationship Between Conservative Dentistry & Bond Strengths” after lunch, which includes a hands-on portion.  To end the first day, participants may attend a dinner hosted by Dr. and Mrs. Fischer at their home.

On the second day of the summit, Dr. Renato Leonardo will conduct a seminar titled “Technological Resources and Biological Concepts in Minimally Invasive Dentistry,” which also includes a hands-on portion.  After lunch, Dr. Stephen Lampl will present a “Minimally Invasive Direct Veneers and Composite Course” with a hands-on portion, after which participants may attend a BBQ dinner, bonding awards ceremony and more.

Clinicians and staff who attend both days of the summit are eligible to earn up to 16 CE credit hours.
