Jean Spinell is the Territory Sales Manager for Ivoclar Vivadent Inc., a recognized leader in high quality esthetic dental materials for both dentists and dental technicians. In this position, she creates a personalized, professional relationship with her customers to satisfy their individual needs. By providing tailored troubleshooting solutions for dental professionals throughout her territory, Jean’s customers know they can count on her for immediate full support, whenever needed.

Jean Spinell is the Territory Sales Manager for Ivoclar Vivadent Inc., a recognized leader in high quality esthetic dental materials for both dentists and dental technicians. In this position, she creates a personalized, professional relationship with her customers to satisfy their individual needs. By providing tailored troubleshooting solutions for dental professionals throughout her territory, Jean’s customers know they can count on her for immediate full support, whenever needed.

Jean attributes her success to truly partnering with her customers to help them maximize their opportunities for growth by incorporating proven high-tech and research-based innovations. Whether advanced adhesive solutions, CAD/CAM materials or laser dentistry, she provides the education, training, and support dental professionals need to embrace today’s comprehensive esthetic restorative dentistry.

“The products and service we offer our dentists represent very high quality,” she said. “This enables our customers to have confidence in the procedures they perform and the functional and esthetic results they achieve for their patients. That inherently provides a value we can all feel good about.”

With a solid understanding of the dental profession, as well as the materials and equipment marketplace, Spinell is well-positioned to assess her customers’ needs and tailor her approach and solutions to their unique situations. As a result, she has earned a reputation of trustworthiness and adaptability among her clients, one based on providing the right blend of products and guidance for either well-established practices or those just starting to nurture and build a patient base.

“My favorite part of my job is demonstrating how dentists can use integrated products and equipment to achieve enhanced restorative results more efficiently or efficaciously,” she explained. “When dental professionals have established a working relationship with a manufacturer or two whose products they respect and are comfortable using, then they’re better able to incorporate the comprehensive and integrated restorative systems that are designed to make their jobs easier and more predictable.”

From training doctors to attending trade shows, and from lecturing to communicating with her clients on a regular basis, Jean shares her dental industry knowledge in the spirit of collaboration, partnership, and excellence. In the future, she hopes to mentor Ivoclar Vivadent’s newest team members in order to share the lessons she’s learned during her 11 years in this role. She also hopes to incorporate more teaching into her position, which is an aspect of her job that she enjoys most.
