Henry Schein, distributor of healthcare products, and Reputation.com, an online reputation management company from Silicon Valley, have recently joined forces to improve patient experience in dental practices.

The two companies recently announced that their collaboration has brought about a new practice management solution for dental practitioners.

Reputation.com has teamed up with Henry Schein to provide “Reputation.com for Dentists.” This site will allow dental practices running on Henry Schein’s Dentrix® G5 to utilize patient feedback through online reviews.

Reputation.com for Dentists gives practitioners the resources to manage reputation analysis independently or with the help of Reputation.com experts. It also allows practices to use in office kiosks, so patients can write reviews in the waiting room.

Additionally, this resource provides a built in social media component and patient reputation scoring technology. Reputation.com allows dentist to get alerts when they receive new reviews from real patients and even allows them to respond immediately.

Michael Fertick, CEO and Founder of Reputation.com, believes that “patient feedback is critical to a practice’s continued success,” and “online review sites and social media platforms are often the first places patients go to share their experiences.

Henry Schein’s President, Kevin Bunker offers additional insight by saying that the integration will help “users to get accurate insight into patient perspective to improve the patient experience.” Additionally, he says, “both platforms will work together as one solution to simplify practice management.”

By using Reputation.com for Dentists, practitioners will be able to make changes that will improve patient experience, which directly correlates with their satisfaction, continued loyalty and promotion of your practice.
