PostcardMania has launched its Everywhere Dental software, which is designed to integrate online and offline marketing with real-time campaign results and front desk receptionist coaching to help practices maximize patient conversion. The new patient generation software allows dentists to focus on delivering high-quality care while a steady stream of new patients is generated for them.

Everywhere Dental reportedly combines all of the marketing channels that PostcardMania has proven are most successful for dentists, including direct mail, Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Gmail ads. The company provides cohesive campaign materials based on elements that they have found are most successful for dentists. The software includes an easy-to-use dashboard that tracks campaign results, as well as recordings and receptionist analysis for all calls the campaign generates.

One of Everywhere Dental’s central focus points is how a dental practice’s reception staff handles incoming phone inquiries. According to the American Dental Association (ADA), dentists spent a total of $148 billion on expenditures in the US in 2020. Most dentists reportedly spend 4 to 8% of their budget on marketing depending on their practice’s individual goals. This equals about $6 to $12 billion in marketing spend. Most practices convert between 10 to 20% of the leads they pay for, meaning that 80 to 90% of their total spend goes to waste.

The Everywhere Dental platform was designed as a solution to this issue. It assigns dental marketing consultants to each campaign to review, analyze, and rate every tracked phone call against a set of 7 researched key indicators. From there, the consultant will take that rating and coach the practice’s front desk staff on how to improve and handle incoming patient inquiries.
