In her new role as Director of Clinical Affairs, Mary Conditt will foster Carestream Dental’s key opinion leader relationships, as well as maximize corporate sponsorships, partnerships and other industry relationships.

With 20 years of experience in the dental industry, Conditt reportedly has a proven track record for leading clinical affairs departments and has been repeatedly recognized for outstanding sales and management performance.

“Mary has positively impacted each clinical affairs department she has led since taking on her first director role in 2005,” said Dr. Ed Shellard, Carestream Dental’s Chief Marketing Officer and Director of Business Development. “With this experience, we are confident she is the ideal person to strengthen our clinical affairs team in terms of our people, her existing relationships and her ability to forge new partnerships with others in the marketplace. She will be an invaluable asset to Carestream Dental.”

Prior to joining Carestream Dental, Conditt served as the director of clinical affairs at DenMat. She also worked as the vice president of clinical affairs at Dental Technologies, Inc., where she initiated and developed the clinical affairs department.

“I am thrilled to join the Carestream Dental team and look forward to increasing awareness of the company’s advanced imaging, CAD/CAM, software and practice management solutions for oral health professionals,” said Conditt.

Conditt, who will report directly to Dr. Shellard, lives in Fort Worth, Texas, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in education from New Mexico State University.
