The integrated system works in conjunction with the Dentrix G5 practice management solution from Henry Schein, as well as Broadview Networks’ original OfficeSuite cloud-based phone system. With OfficeSuite Dental, incoming calls trigger a pop-up that automatically displays the patient’s record along with family history, past appointments and other clinical details. This is said to allow practice staff to improve efficiency by having all of the relevant details at their fingertips.
