Slick Bands™, from Garrison Dental Solutions, were the first matrix bands to virtually eliminate the problem of difficult-to-remove matrices.

Developed as an improvement to the Composi-Tight 3D™ Sectional Matrix System, these are the original SM-series Slick Bands and have a thickness of .0016".

In this how-to video, Dr. John C. Comisi, DDS, demonstrates the benefits of Slick Bands™, its different product series and how they help aid various dental procedures.

“Garrison has come up with a really neat idea. They call them Slick Bands and they’re slick because they have a special coating on the inside of the band to enable the bands to slip right off,” Comisi explains.
