The course covers the basics of laser dentistry, as well as the absorption characteristics of laser energy and tissue-laser energy interactions.  Additionally, videos demonstrating the proper use of the laser in hard and soft tissues will offer insight into the rationale behind treatment, as well as step-by-step protocols employed in the GP’s office. 

The webinar will also include a discussion about proper fee scheduling, documentation and insurance billing, as well as a talk about the new laser-assisted excisional attachment procedure for advanced or failing cases.  Finally, the webinar will explore the use of the YSGG wavelength in treating peri-implantitis.
