The number one mission in today’s dental economy is to increase practice production. But how do we get there?

Dr. Roger Levin, DDS, of the Levin Group suggests a 3-Step Method to Increase Practice Production. The steps include:

  • Setting Targets-15 to 20 highly specific, measurable and achievable goals.

  • Developing Systems-step-by-step methods to achieve increased production.

  • Creating Value Scripts-to influence patient behavior.

These are the main steps of the method, but Levin says daily checklists are a major part of the plan on every level.

A system is only as good as its weakest link, and having daily checklists enable staff and teams to do their jobs better, define tasks with deadlines, keep everyone accountable and ensure tasks are completed on time.

Watch the entire video tip from Dr. Levin and learn how you can use checklists to improve your practice production on a more effective and efficient level.
