More than 1,500 prosthodontists, general dentists, dental technicians, and dental industry professionals will gather to learn the latest in prosthodontic trends, leading-edge technology, and other advances impacting the specialty at the 40th Annual Session of the American College of Prosthodontists Nov. 3-6 at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando, Fla.
New this year is a Keynote Speaker during Thursday's Scientific Session, sponsored by Ivoclar Vivadent, featuring Malcolm Gladwell, a four-time New York Times bestselling author, who will explore his theory on "outliers" as it relates to prosthodontists and the specialty. Other can't-miss moments of the conference include a new workshop offered in Spanish – "Estetica, Implantes y casos de alta complejidad para Odontologos Internacionales (Esthetics, Implants and Complex Cases for International Practitioners)"; and two new dental laboratory workshops presented together with Spectrum Dialog – "Digital Realities for Dental Laboratories" and "Digital Restorative Symposium – Beauty Through Technology."
