Avi Cohen, Director at Global Dental, says now is the time for dental labs to embrace new digital technologies.
At this month’s 2013 International Dental Society meeting in Cologne, Germany, Cohen spoke with Dental Products Report discussing the Stratasys, Ltd. – manufacturer of 3D printers and production systems for prototyping and manufacturing - launch of the Objet30 OrthoDesk 3D Printer.
The OrthoDesk 3D Printer is specially designed for smaller orthodontic labs and clinics.

“They [labs] need to move to digital dentistry,” Cohen says. “The future is around the corner and we are already there.”
