Young Innovations diversifies portfolio with Crystal Tips buy
A welcome addition to a growing portfolio.
Young Innovations, a global supplier of dental products, has acquired Irvine, Calif.-based Crystal Tips, a supplier of disposable air/water syringe tips and adapters, including those under the Crystal Tips®, Starz Tipz®, Natures TipTM, Biofree TipsTM and ecosmart tipsTM brands.
Young Innovations, Inc., a portfolio company of The Jordan Company, delivers innovative, high-quality products and solutions to clinicians and their patients through its mission of Creating Smiles, Creating Possibilities.
Donovan Berkely, CEO and owner of Crystal Tips, will continue as a consultant during a transitional period and operations will continue in Irvine, Calif. Any changes to ordering and service procedures for customers or vendors will be communicated directly.
