Ivoclar Vivadent has announced a new way to find dental labs that use the IPS e.max system. Its “IPS e.max Lab Finder,” a new resource available at ivoclarvivadent.com to help dentists locate one of the more than 6,000 laboratories in North America currently using the IPS e.max all-ceramic system.

Created to help dentists to easily identify laboratories that can fabricate IPS e.max crowns, inlays, onlays, thin veneers, abutments and bridges, the “IPS e.max Lab Finder” enables dentists to work with laboratories already skilled in utilizing IPS e.max materials with the goal of ensuring the best possible results for the patients.

Step-by-Step: Using IPS e.max for implants

From the ivoclarvivadent.com homepage, simply clicking on the “IPS e.max Lab Finder” icon brings dentists to a search page, where they can identify laboratories either by name or by location. Selecting “Search By Location” takes the dentist to a map of their geographic area, underneath which is a list of the closest IPS e.max laboratories within 10, 50, and 100 miles (or kilometers) from which to choose. Selecting “Search By Name” allows the dentist to choose the state and type in the name of their current laboratory to see if it utilizes IPS e.max.
