Whip Mix announces VeriModel OS, a new 3D print resin. VeriModel OS is a methacrylate-based 3D print resin made especially for dental models, printed on any open DLP systems with a 385nm light source.

This highly accurate and stable resin reportedly provides high-detail resolution, low shrinkage and long-lasting toughness to handle any model requirement. Its natural ivory color is said to give a visual contrast to waxes but doesn’t influence the color of tooth-shaded restorative materials. It exhibits an easy to clean, smooth matte finish and is designed to resist settling and pigment separation. VeriModel OS is packaged in 1kg (910ml) bottles.
