With three models to choose from, the Asiga 3D printers are designed to efficiently produce dental models, surgical guides, splints, casting patterns, partial frameworks and custom impression trays. Nesting software is included on all Asiga printers at no additional cost.

The three printers available are:

  • The PICO2, a high-power, compact 3D printer for direct manufacturing of quadrant dental models, and crown & bridge casting patterns.

  • The PICO2 HD™, reportedly the world's smallest HD 3D printer, is engineered to deliver excellent resolution and build capacity to the desktop. The PICO2 HD is said to have the fastest material change-over of any 3D printer on the market, and is reportedly ideal for producing water-clear dental splints, surgical guides, and castable materials for crown and bridge and partial frameworks.

  • The Freeform PRO2 is a professional 3D printer for direct manufacturing of dental models, partial frameworks, surgical guides and crown and bridge casting patterns.
