Vivo Therapeutics Rebrands Clinical Protocol to The Vivos Method

Medical technology company Vivos Therapeutics has announced its rebrand of its proprietary clinical treatment devices, modalities, and protocols to The Vivos Method. The Vivos Method is designed to treat patients with dentofacial abnormalities and/or obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) using clinical protocols, customized oral appliances, and frequent consultation with medical and dental professionals. The Vivos Method has patients undergoing treatment for 1-2 years in the hopes of significant airway improvement, according to Vivos Chairman and CEO Kirk Huntsman.

“Our clinical results continue to show the benefits of The Vivos Method, particularly as we enhance and further understand the use and benefits of our multidisciplinary protocols and devices in patients,” Huntsman said in a press release from the company. “We used to call our offering the Vivos System, but we believe that didn’t do justice to the many options and methods we provide for practitioners to treat their patients suffering from these debilitating conditions.”

Independent dental professionals can become Vivos Integrated Providers to assist patients who suffer from OSA.
