Unlike any other sensor positioner on the market today, the unique Wingers I.B. (Integrated Barrier)™ product provides a sensor holder already inside a comfort padded, elastic, seamless, infection control barrier.
This design reduces clinical set-up time to obtain a radiological image down from approximately 60 seconds to 5 seconds with average cost savings over purchasing 3 separate items of up to 20 percent, according to Steri-Shield. The seamless, elastic barrier eliminates micro holes which may occur in the heat-sealed seams of plastic film sensor barriers.
