Sikka Software has a history of creating innovative and industry-leading software products for dental practices, and now they have created an innovative new product line that features a number of new options for dentists and their staff.

Individual dental practices have unique needs regarding the types of data required to run their business and clinical operations. Sikka Software is addressing the differentiated needs of practices by offering a comprehensive line of practice analytics tools to assist dentists in making the best management decisions for both daily operations as well as long-term planning and growth.

What products are included in this line?

The product line includes three options for dentists, so they can choose the data delivery program that is most relevant to them and their practice.

Practice Optimizer Starter: This is an introduction to the dental practice numbers, including the revenue for dentists and hygienists as well as a general practice report. This is a great first step for practices who do not typically track analytics and need a place to start, and is available free of charge.

Practice Optimizer Essentials: For dentists looking for an in-depth analysis, insights and actionable data to grow their bottom line, we have developed this version of Practice Optimizer. Features include Fee Optimizer®, to maximize profitability based on fees in the dentist’s zip code, and Patient’s Now®, to fill unexpected and sudden schedule gaps. Prepare for the day with Morning Meeting Report Lite which provides a look at the upcoming day’s schedule. Dentists can also compare practice performance on favorite Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Top 20 Procedures and total, active and inactive patient analysis.

Practice Optimizer Premium: Get a 360-degree analysis of the practice, with all of the above features, and the complete Morning Meeting Report for checking in on the month’s progress and seeing what is happening that day. The programs also incorporate specialty KPIs - including endodontics, accounting and periodontics - financial system integration and a Consulting Service for setup and training.

Additional Apps: Sikka Software has a comprehensive ecosystem with apps to help dentists run all aspects of their practice. Additional apps are available for further customization of data needs, including Call Optimizer™ for automatic display of patient health and financial details during incoming calls, and PatientHomePage® for digital patient communications. Plus, much more.

Is the line still compatible with most practice management systems?

Yes, it is compatible with 96% of dental practice management systems on the market. The company says it is also HIPAA and HITECH compliant.
