The Pride Institute's "Best of Class" Technology Awards represent an initiative to promote innovation in new and existing dental technology companies, providing a means through which the organization can educate those in the dental profession to use technology more effectively.

This year's honorees span a wide range of categories and uses, from the business-oriented to the clinical, such as STATIM G4 interactive autoclaves from SciCan.

Modernized with a new fascia, the STATIM G4 series of autoclaves provides a direct channel of communication through the Internet to increase productivity and limit downtime. The autoclaves also have a 3.5-inch high resolution color touch screen. The built-in data logger saves all the data from each cycle and can be copied onto the included USB drive, viewed onscreen or remotely stored in the cloud via email.
