Dental technology solutions company PreVu Software has announced its latest innovation–an advanced dental treatment simulation software powered by proprietary SmileAI artificial intelligence. This cutting-edge technology is designed to set a new standard for patient education and engagement in the dental industry, according to a press release from the company.

The key highlight of this development is the speed at which simulations can now be generated. With the integration of SmileAI, the process of creating smile simulations with PreVu has been accelerated, taking a mere 60 seconds. The faster, smarter, and simpler approach is poised to significantly enhance the efficiency of dental professionals and the overall patient experience.

PreVu Software's SmileAI technology employs advanced artificial intelligence algorithms to analyze facial structures and dental conditions. This results in the creation of natural-looking smile simulations that are tailored to each patient, providing a personalized and realistic view of potential outcomes, per the press release.

The software introduces several new features designed to streamline the chairside simulation process. The enhanced speed, facilitated by SmileAI, empowers dental professionals to efficiently generate high-quality smile mock-ups for patients. Another notable enhancement is the improved whitening simulation capabilities, leveraging the SmileAI framework. This innovation is said to lead to more realistic simulations and increased patient acceptance of whitening procedures.

The software's intuitive user interface is another standout feature, making it easy for dental professionals to navigate and create compelling smile simulations without strenuous effort. The use of PreVu digital smile mock-ups has been proven to increase patient interest and acceptance of high-value and fee-for-service dental treatments. These treatments include dental veneers, teeth whitening, esthetic bonding, orthodontics, full-arch reconstruction, and full-arch replacement, such as all-on-x implants.

Joanne Villani, co-founder of PreVu, expressed excitement about the transformative impact of their SmileAI technology in the press release. "Since our initial launch in 2016, we have been committed to continually improving our software features and user experience," she stated. "We are excited to make it even faster for dentists, dental assistants, dental hygienists, and treatment coordinators who use our SmileAI technology to continue to create simulations that can be presented to patients chairside during the same appointment, without having to return for a second visit."

The new features are available immediately to all current PreVu users. Dental professionals interested in experiencing the transformative capabilities of the enhanced software can schedule a discovery call and demo at the PreVu website.
