Is "selling" dentistry a bad thing? No, according to author Janet Hagerman, RDH, BSDH, who has written a book titled, "Selling Dentistry: Elegantly, Ethically, Effectively." In the book, Hagerman discusses how dental practices can sell their offerings without the negative connotations of selling coming through to dental patients.
