Planet DDS completes its acquisition of Apteryx Imaging Inc.
Planet DDS has officially closed on its purchase of Apteryx Imaging Inc., the company announced this week. Planet DDS has acquitted 100% of Apteryx’s outstanding common and preferred shares for CAD$.65 per share in an all-cash transaction.
