Integrated into the Denticon practice management platform, Denticon Pay provides encrypted data transfer for efficient payment processing.
Designed to provide dental practices with a way to both protect patient data and adhere to Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards, Denticon Pay from Planet DDS is a comprehensive payment acceptance solution integrated into the Denticon practice management platform.
Available now to dental practices using Denticon software, the new payment solution offers validated point-to-point encryption for the patient and payment information being transferred. By encrypting data at the time it enters the system, Denticon Pay allows practices to avoid storing, processing, or transmitting sensitive data, making it easier to remain PCI standards compliant, according to a press release.
Additionally, with the ability to automatically post payments, the solution can save time and reduce potential errors when compared with manual payment entry. The new platform makes it easier for patients to use payment solutions including text-to-pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, and multiple devices can connect to a single workstation for processing more than a one payment at a time.
With the "Card-on-File" feature, practices can securely store patients' preferred credit card information for faster processing of future payments.
