Nederman partners with Benco for aerosol solution

Nederman has partnered with Benco Dental to deliver the company’s aerosol control solution to dental offices.

Nederman, a provider of clean air products for the workplace, has partnered with Benco Dental to deliver the company’s aerosol control solution to dental offices nationwide, which is said to reduce the risk of hazardous aerosol exposure for dentists, patients, and staff during routine procedures.

Nederman’s aerosol solution is the ceiling-mounted FX2 extraction arm and is said to be ideal of dental environments due to its flexibility and easy maneuvering and positioning. Once installed, the arm can be located near the patient to effectively capture the aerosol at the source and can easily be moved out of the way when no longer in use. The FX2 is available for single or multi-chair arrangements, as well as custom engineering and installation planning.

“Benco Dental is a premier player in the dental distribution market. We are excited for the future given the combination of Nederman clean air solutions and Benco’s strong distribution channel into a large dental market,” says Phil Templeton, vice president of sales for Nederman.

"We're excited to partner with an established worldwide leader in air quality solutions at a time when safer environments are more important than ever," said Chuck Cohen, managing director at Benco Dental. "Like our company, Nederman is single‐mindedly dedicated to a very specific mission, and their considerable expertise and demonstrated engineering capabilities only add to our confidence in their ability to deliver effective aerosol control tailored for the unique demands of dental environments."

In addition to the FX2, Nederman’s filtration and exhaust ventilation solutions also feature MFS HEPA filers and fan arrangements to provide dental professionals a simple, convenient way to reduce health risks and increase worker and patient safety by controlling aerosols created during dental procedures.

Nederman is a Sweedish environmental technology company that provides turnkey solutions with industrial air filtration to protect people, plant, and production from the harmful effects of industrial processes. For more information, visit
