NDX has announced its acquisition of the Pennsylvania dental lab to offer restorative solutions to the market.
National Dentex Labs (NDX) has announced its acquisition of Fager Dental Lab in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. Fager Dental Lab is a lab known for digital products such as crowns, bridges, and implant restorations through CAD/CAM fabrication. This partnership was a good fit, according to lab owner Charles B. Fager.
“Choosing to partner with NDX was an easy decision for us,” Fager said in a press release from NDX. “In them, we have found a business partner who shares our common values and goal of delivering exceptional quality to our dental customers using cutting-edge technology."
NDX has also reaffirmed a commitment to better serving dentists, specialists, and dental services organizations (DSOs), through way of these local relationships such as the one with Fager Dental Lab.
With a focus on growth, NDX has acquired dental labs across North America to provide restorative solutions to dental professionals. The terms of this acquisition were not disclosed.
