National Dentex Labs will acquire this West Virginia dental lab to better serve the dental professionals in the area.
National Dentex Acquires Dental Arts
National Dentex Labs (NDX) has announced its acquisition of Dental Arts, a dental laboratory located in South Charleston, West Virginia. Dental Arts is co-owned by Dewain Haynes and Tim Thaxton, who have been in the dental lab industry for more than 30 years.
NDX has acquired Dental Arts to strengthen its focus in the area and better serve local dental professionals, according to CEO of NDX, Tom Daulton.
"As a growing company, we know the importance of maintaining strong local relationships and offering superior customer service to every dentist in every market,” Daulton said in a press release from the company. “Our scale allows our local dental labs to have access to the latest, most innovative restorative dental solutions on the market today. We are thrilled to have the talented people of Dental Arts join us. They are highly regarded for their superior removable restorations."
NDX provides dental prosthetics and restorative products, and they are said to be able to meet the needs of dental professionals, and labs like Dental Arts, in the market. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
