Explain to patients who aren’t sure if they really need that crown what the health and financial consequences may be for delaying care.

But don’t leave it at that. Let them know you understand it’s an investment, and that you want to make sure they have the least amount of out of pocket cost possible. Help your patients see the long-term benefits of receiving the care now versus waiting until the problem gets worse.

Your patients are your practice. Without them, where would you be? You have to know the best ways to attract them to your practice, get them to accept treatment and make them happy, life-long patients.

That’s where we can help. Check back regularly for tips on how to keep your patients happy, healthy and loyal.
