A teenager is willing to put his body on the line after a Cubs victory.
Trust me, there are plenty of people who were happy about the Chicago Cubs winning their first World Series in 108 years this past October. We’re guessing this teenager wasn’t one of them.
A video recently posted on ESPN.com showed what happened when a teenager made a bet with his friends on the Cubs not winning the World Series … and then had to pay the price. As you can see in the video, he did live up to the bet … but it wasn’t exactly the smartest bet he’s ever made.
We’re sure his friend was more than willing to throw the football to pull out the tooth, and it reminded us of this classic article detailing the nine craziest ways that people have pulled out teeth. You won’t believe some of the “creative” ways people have done it.
Obviously, we’re hoping that you’ll tell your patients not to make any bets that involve losing teeth. We’re also hoping that your patients are smart enough to not make that kind of bet.
It was only a matter of time before the Cubs won the World Series. Unfortunately for this young man, it actually happened in his lifetime.
