“What dentists need to consider when they’re analyzing the market is really looking at their market individually and apples to apples comparisons with other properties. Depending on the market you’re in, that can vary by landlord to landlord. That can vary by suburb. It can vary by zip code. You really need to make sure that when a dentist is looking in a given area that they are really taking a deep dive into the market that’s very specific to them, and getting as much information as possible on multiple properties at one time.”
