An industry veteran of nearly 20 years, Linda Ruggiero-Gehringer has continually set a standard of excellence with the field of dental sales. “I’ve been fortunate to have been part of a period of rapid growth within the dental industry and I’ve loved the successes and challenges that came with it.”

An industry veteran of nearly 20 years, Linda Ruggiero-Gehringer has continually set a standard of excellence with the field of dental sales.

“I’ve been fortunate to have been part of a period of rapid growth within the dental industry and I’ve loved the successes and challenges that came with it.”

Since starting with Thompson Dental in the mid-1990s, through her time as Regional Technology Manager at Patterson Dental to her current role as Vice President of Sales at Schick Technologies, Linda has thrived on opportunities to provide technology solutions vital to a dental practice.

“Technology is what keeps practices growing,” she said. “Schick digital x-ray solutions are the heartbeat of the office. When dentists, hygienists, assistants and other team members see how technology can help them, I can see the spring back in their step.”

As Vice President of Sales at Schick Technologies, Linda oversees a sales force of more than 20. Seeing them excel in their positions is a high point for her.

“Seeing my team grow and flourish is a constant reward. I enjoy being able to make a difference to those that I work with.”

Balancing work and family has offered another challenge to Linda, who has four children-ages 25, 24, 21 and 17.

“You have to give your all to both career and family so no one suffers. It’s not easy, but I wouldn’t swap it for anything else.”
