On Friday, Kerr Corporation announced that it had acquired DUX Dental and Vettec Inc. to further expand its product portfolio and to better serve dental professionals and healthcare providers globally.
DUX Dental manufactures and distributes such products as Zone Temporary Cement, Identic Alginate and Bib-Eze disposable bib holders, as well as its award-winning PeelVue sterilization pouches.
Vettec Inc. is a worldwide provider of animal healthcare products.
