Ivoclar Vivadent offers 10-year warranty on IPS e.max products

Ivoclar Vivadent is offering an exclusive 10-year limited warranty on restorations completed with the company’s IPS e.max products. The limited warranty is valid to IPS e.max restorations completed from July 1, 2020, and also retroactively covers permanent restorations placed on or after July 1, 2015.

The warranty is offered for the IPS e.max family of materials, including IPS e.max Press, IPS e.max CAD, IPS e.max ZirCAD®, and IPS e.max ZirCAD Prime. Laboratories will receive reimbursement or replacement for the product in the event of dental restoration failure after placement in a patient, while practitioners will be reimbursed for the replacement or repair of work previously accomplished.

More than 150 million IPS e.max restorations have been placed with a survival rate of 96% during the 15 years of the product’s clinical use, according to a press release from Ivoclar Vivadent.
