IMT announces purchase of CPAC Equipment, manufacturer of dry heat sterilizers
Integrated Medical Technologies, Inc., has announced its acquisition of CPAC Equipment, Inc., Leicester, New York.
Integrated Medical Technologies, Inc., has announced its acquisition of CPAC Equipment, Inc., Leicester, New York.
CPAC Equipment, Inc. specializes in the manufacture of dry heat sterilizers under the trademarks, “Steri-Dent”, “Steri-Sure”, and the proprietary “COX Rapid Heat”.
Its COX Rapid Heat Sterilizer, engineered to sterilize instruments in just 6 minutes, has been in use by dental and other professionals for nearly 25 years.
It has recently been upgraded to include a USB port providing a permanent paper-less record of sterilization data, a new user-friendly door with security safeguards, and a new improved sterilization container design that provides for more efficient instrument handling, loading, and removal.
Integrated Medical Technologies, Inc., an innovator in patient safety and loss control solution technologies in the healthcare field, will combine with CPAC Equipment, Inc. to further innovations in the field of medical sterilization.
By building on the application and use of IMT’s patent-pending Rapid Heat Transfer Sterilization Technology, CPAC Equipment, Inc. will be developing more efficient and cost-effective sterilization systems for the dental and medical industries – dramatic improvements that will be tantamount to a paradigm shift in conventional sterilization wisdom and processes.
