The ProRepair Handpiece Portal allows dentists to request and track the status of handpiece repairs.
Henry Schein, Inc. has announced the launch of ProRepair® Handpiece Portal, a portal where dental professionals can submit a request for handpiece repairs, check the status of a repair once shipped, and manage a personal handpiece profile.
The portal offers dental professionals an easy-to-use system for requesting, shipping, and tracking handpiece repairs. Dentists simply input information about their handpiece along with the requested repairs. For existing ProRepair users, any handpiece that has been previously serviced will be automatically populated into the portal.
Dental professionals will be provided the cost of repairs, helping customers make educated decisions about their equipment before sending it in. Once the repair request has been submitted and approved, dentists will receive instructions to ship their handpiece to Henry Schein ProRepair’s technicians.
In addition to the online submission process, the ProRepair portal enhances visibility and tracking, giving dental professionals the opportunity to check on the live status of their repairs.
