Henry Schein One Releases PhoneSight Internet Phone Solution
Henry Schein One announced the availability of its internet phone solution PhoneSight. PhoneSight is a voice over internet protocol (VoIP) integrated with Henry Schein One patient software Dentrix Patient Engage, Demandforce, and Lighthouse. It is said to make it easier for practices to route calls and provide a better patient experience through personalized interactions, according to a press release from the company.
PhoneSight uses a Smart Caller ID to display patient information such as upcoming appointments. Team members can use this information in patient interaction leading to a better quality of service for the patients, according to CEO at Henry Schein One, Mike Baird.
“For dental practices, patient communication is a key component of their overall workflow and has a profound impact on the patient experience,” Baird said in the press release. “We’re excited to offer PhoneSight as a powerful patient communication tool that can help automate interactions so dental professionals can optimize their time and focus on providing the best possible patient care.”
Other features include custom greetings, auto attendants, and custom hold messages and music.
