They let you get all the data required for complete denture fabrication in one, short clinical visit. Dental professionals using the Good Fit Denture Tray can perform all of the important steps with the same device–without any back-and-forth with a lab.
So you end up with the same (or higher) quality at a fraction of the time, according to Get Implant LLC. These thermoplastic trays; when heated at 185 degrees, for 5 to 6 minutes, become very malleable to do the records and either go digital or make physical models to fabricate removable complete dentures.
Described as part of the Good Fit 2-hour denture system, the trays are heated and adapted easily and quickly. The process includes 60 minutes in the clinic, and then another 60 minutes in the lab or clinic to deliver instant denture setups and instant overdentures; the finished denture is ready the same day in 2 hours.
This lab technique requires no wax, no flasks, no mixing and packing of acrylic, and no trimming. Curing takes just 10 minutes, polishing is easy, and the denture is ready to deliver in an hour or less.
