Forward Science agrees to sponsorship with The TeleDentists
Forward Science has announced a sponsorship agreement with The TeleDentists regarding SalivaMAX.
Forward Science has announced a sponsorship agreement with The TeleDentists regarding SalivaMAX, the company announced in a statement.
SalivaMAX is an FDA-cleared prescription treatment for dry mouth-Xerostomia. This sponsorship is designed to expand both the education and marketing of SalivaMAX to dental professionals and patients via The TeleDentists, the statement said.
Xerostomia is one of the most common complaints in the dental office, the statement added. There are reportedly over 700 medications that can cause dry mouth as well as a multitude of patient conditions. About 40 percent of patients experience the symptoms of dry mouth, Forward Science said.
