exocad Insights 2020 will be offered in-person and online

exocad’s Insights 2020 event this autumn has been revamped into a ”hybrid” the company announced in a press release. The event, scheduled for September 21-22 in Darmstadt, Germany, will be available in-person and virtually due to the current pandemic.

Several hundred dentists and dental technicians are expected to participate on-site, while more than 1500 of the colleagues will join online from around the globe. The virtual event will be via a live stream in dental professionals’ laboratories, practices, or homes.

“It has been an exciting, innovative two years for exocad since the last exocad Insights event and we have continued to push our state-of-the-art DentalCAD platform to new levels, with a wealth of new features now available,” said exocad CEO Tillmann Steinbrecher. “We invite you to join us and the international exocad community in celebrating a decade of CAD/CAM innovation and our 10th anniversary – on-site in Darmstadt as well as online. Gain valuable new insight into the latest dental CAD/CAM trends and learn more about the limitless possibilities and peerless compatibility of our products.

The two-day event offers a program of software education, industry partner sessions, live surgery (via live stream), and international guest speakers, with over 40 industry partners from all over the world. Participants can look forward to in-depth product knowledge—including DentalCAD, ChairsideCAD, and exoplan—but also case-specific Q&A sessions with the exocad team of experts. The world premiere of DentalCAD Galway and exoplan Galway will be an exclusive part of the event, as well.

In-person visitors can expect a number of safety precautions, including adherence to all hygiene and social distancing regulations, body temperature cameras, adapted seating plans, and more.
