The Dental Trade Alliance (DTA) has partnered with Lanmark360 to launch a social media toolkit that can help practices communicate with their patients and staff during the coronavirus pandemic.
As many dental offices remain closed due to COVID-19, the DTA and Lanmark360 believe it’s helpful to remind patients to maintain good oral hygiene habits while they are unable to visit the practice. This social media toolkit will be available for practices to use across their social media channels.
The first iteration of this toolkit includes five short videos with accompanying draft posts, which dentists and hygienists can easily integrate into their patient-related social media outreach. Key messages include emphasizing the importance of practicing good oral health, social distancing reminders, and how to eat healthy while under quarantine.
There are a number of ways to integrate this campaign into practice’s social media presence. The videos can be downloaded individually and posted to social media using the provided captions, downloaded all at once, or posted directly to Facebook and Twitter by clicking on one or more of the social media icons by each video.
These videos can also be shared on Instagram and Snapchat by downloading the files and uploading them to the platforms of your choice.
