Darby Dental Supply Launches Darby Diamond Rewards Loyalty Program

Darby Dental Supply has launched its new loyalty program, “Darby Diamond Rewards.” This program was created to recognize and celebrate Darby’s loyal customers, according to a press release from the company.

In this program, customers can earn qualifying dollars with every dollar spent on purchases through Darby. Each dollar will contribute to the customer’s tier level, wherein higher levels will grant higher rewards such as flash sales, free glove cases, and more. The tiers are Silver, Gold, and Diamond. Customers with high-tier rewards will also be offered discounts on a variety of Darby solutions like CareStack and onDiem.

Diamond Rewards are free to join, enhancing the value of the customer's dollar, according to President of Darby Dental Supply Michael Caputo.

“The launch of Darby Diamond Rewards is a major milestone in the evolution of Darby Dental Supply,” Caputo said in the press release. “We’re constantly on the lookout for ways to enhance the customer experience and, especially at a time where practices could all use extra value for their hard-earned dollars, this program does just that.”
