August 2, 2010 - The Board of Managers of CMP Industries LLC have approved a plan of merger with the company's current President & CEO, Devon O. Howe. The merger took place today in Albany, New York.

August 2, 2010 - The Board of Managers of CMP Industries LLC have approved a plan of merger with the company's current President & CEO, Devon O. Howe. The merger took place today in Albany, New York.
