ADA 2011: Pride Institute Technology Award winners and lectures
Set up in the midst of the exhibition hall with displays and lectures, the cutting edge of dental technology was on display in the form of the Pride Institute Technology Expo which showcased the 16 technologies honored with the 2011 Best of Class Technology Awards.
Set up in the midst of the exhibition hall with displays and lectures, the cutting edge of dental technology was on display in the form of the Pride Institute Technology Expo which showcased the 16 technologies honored with the 2011 Best of Class Technology Awards.
Each winning technology had a display ringing the area of the exhibition hall, with the center dedicated to seating for the lectures held there throughout the day. Speakers including DPR Technology Editor Dr. John Flucke, Dr. Larry Emmott and Dr. Paul Feurstein took their turns on the stage, speaking to packed audiences about the technologies being showcased, as well as other cutting edge developments to help practices.
Closing out the day, the section of the exhibit hall turned into a venue as music played, wine was served and cupcakes were enjoyed by the crowd that turned out for the presentation of awards to the companies behind the products being honored. It proved to be a wonderful way to cap off the first day of the ADA's 2011 Annual Session.
